Russell Looper is the founder of Manufacturing Repair & Overstock, Inc. Russell was a Managing Partner in a consulting firm focusing on start-up and mid-size business planning and finance. Russell has helped turnaround several businesses including Smith & Wesson. Mr. Looper also assisted in the launch of numerous successful startups including the technology company that became GM’s On-Star. He has served in advisory and executive roles for companies in various industries. Mr. Looper majored in Business Administration at Piedmont College and is married to his wife Christy with whom he has two children, Addie and Ava.
Derrick Johnson
Derrick Johnson is the Pricing and Operations Manager at Manufacturing Repair & Overstock, Inc. Derrick comes from a background including IT Administration, Sales Management, Operations and Inventory. Derrick majored in Electrical Engineering and IT Administration. While working as the IT Specialist at a local industrial supply company, he was offered a position to become MRO’s fifth employee. He has filled many different positions and has enjoyed an active role in the growth of the company. Derrick’s technical background lent itself well to the Industrial Electronics Field and a quick understanding of the major elements of the Repair Industry. His history and experience have allowed Derrick to excel in the creation and implementation of many of MRO, Inc.’s operational processes. Derrick is happily married to his wife Kristi, and the proud father of 3 children.
Parker McCall
Parker McCall is the Service Manager at Manufacturing Repair and Overstock, Inc. Parker began his career in different sales positions all over the city of Chattanooga, working for both larger corporations and small businesses. Looking for a change, he was introduced to MRO, Inc. by a friend. Parker immediately connected with the spirit and beliefs of MRO, Inc. and was brought on as sales associate. He quickly advanced from sales to service and continues to put his passion not only in growing the company, but growing with the company. Born and raised in the suburbs of Nashville, Parker lives the life of football, family, and fun. He is happily married to his wife Jessica, who works as an educational assistant at The Montessori School in Chattanooga.
Shawn Thacker
Shawn Thacker is the Sales Manager for Manufacturing Repair & Overstock, Inc. who is on track to celebrate his 6th year of employment in 2020. Beforesales, Shawn gained experience in this industry by working for multiple manufacturing companies in Chattanooga. This is where Shawn developed his skill as a leader as well as technical skills in the industry. Shawn began his sales career at Access America Transport where he was a Logistics Coordinator. He set a company record for new customers in his first month. Anopportunity at MRO, Inc. became available and Shawn hit the ground running. Shawn is responsible for over $5,000,000 in sales and manages a sales teamof 15. Shawn is married to his wife Amanda who serves as a Home Health Liaison full time in the Chattanooga region.
